"sdesign1 designed and tested a newsletter on a variety of email applications such as Outlook 2007, Hotmail, Gmail, Eudora, Outlook Express, Thunderbird and Squirrel mail. The newsletter was sent out to 10,000 users on a monthly basis in 2007. 'Click-thrus' were tracked so the performance of each newsletter assessed.

Our valued readers are now in control! MICT's monthly newsletter has been re-designed as a model of accessibility and usability, thanks to the sdesign1 team at Liverpool Innovation Park. A 'liquid layout' ensures the newsletter expands or compresses to fit the preview pane in users email client. sdesign1 really thought hard about users needs for this."
