New graduate scheme offers qualified and experienced professionals available to grow and support your company on placements of up to 26 weeks.

The Graduate Retention Programme (part-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund) is designed to ensure that a base of skilled graduates and senior professionals stay in the city to find meaningful work.

These professionals will undertake employability training and will be available for work in your business for a period of either 13 or 26 weeks.
