Space North West has awarded the contract to revamp the web presence of its flagship development, Liverpool Innovation Park (LIP), to tenant company sdesign1 Ltd.
The Innovation Park is a key element of Liverpool’s knowledge economy and a strategic site for investment in the North West being delivered by Space North West, a joint venture between the NWDA and Ashtenne Industrial Fund.
Last week we launched four websites for the Greenbank group:
We are running a series of video sessions whereby you can be videoed talking about your business and then we'll edit and place on your website. For an example see this video. The idea is to get a good number of people interested and then do it all in one day to keep prices down. If you are interested then please get in touch through our contact for or phone number at top of page.
We recently completed a usability review of the new Sheffield Hallam University Website prototype. Before going live with the new site, they needed some input on how usable the new site was which in turn could feedback into its development.
Another lovingly crafted Website goes live. Prescriptions to You is the new Merseyside Online precriptions service where you can renew your prescriptions online and have them delivered to your doorstep or office for free.
We worked with Prescriptions to You to develop a nice friendly looking site which wasn't too commercial but looked professional. It is easy to register and set up your own prescription renewals and of course it's all very accessible so screenreader users and mobility impaired who might not be using a mouse can use the service.
As we continue to grow we needed new premises. Fortunately, there was a bigger office next door. So we moved! We now have plenty of space, a view of the welsh hills, and a fridge. Photos to follow.
Prescriptions to you has chosen sdesign1 to deliver their online prescription service. Customers will be able to order prescriptions online and receive them at their home or office.
Tired of having to pick up prescription at the doctors and then traipsing down to chemist to find it shut? Receiving the wrong medication or poorly labelled? Receiving it late?
We have just started a partnership with Easy Read Online to produce Websites for people with learning difficulties. This is an interesting venture for us as we have always tried to produce Websites which are accessibe to people with some form of physical disability but they all assume a reasonable level of literacy. The vast majority of people with learning difficulties have little or no literacy so it's quite a challenge offering them a Website they can use.
We would like to congratulate our accessibility developer, Ben Millard who recently received the ‘Most Accessible Website’ award for the second year running.
