Sheffield Hallam Usability review

We recently completed a usability review of the new Sheffield Hallam University Website prototype. Before going live with the new site, they needed some input on how usable the new site was which in turn could feedback into its development.

We examined intuitiveness of the navigation, memory load, efficiency, error tolerance, user control, user experience and accessibility.
