Adding a Page

Writing/Adding a Page

Assuming you have been able to login, in order to add a new page to your website, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to the Wordpress dashboard
  2. Click Write a New Page or click Write and then click Page. Note: by default, once you click on 'Write' you will be on the edit post page, so you need to then click on 'Page'.

Creating a new page in Wordpress

Writing a page in WordPress is a fairly easy process. From the page shown above you can simply just type in your Title and the contents on the page you are creating.

Once you have entered your content, you can click Save this will save your page, but it will not show on your website.

Alternatively you can click on 'Publish' and this will save your page and display it on your Website.
