Managing Comments

You will have the option for users to make comments on your pages/posts. If you do not wish to allow users to leave comments underneath then you can disable them when you create or edit the page/post.

Allow Comments is automatically enabled, if comments are allowed on your page (the box is checked), then any comments posted will display in the space below the page content

This allows you as the Administrator to manage which comments are appropriote for the site and which ones are not

You can administer the comments made by choosing one of the following actions. For every comment made you can choose to either:

• Approve allow the comment to be published
• Unnaprove do not allow the comment to be show on your page
• Spam  mark the comment as spam to be ignored and not shown
• Delete  delete the comment altogether

To configure your comments further, go to Settings > Discussion and select your favoured options Fig 2.4  More options are available when configuring comments on your site.
